Zantedeschia aethiopica aew a clump-forming herbaceous or semi-evergreen perennial with erect, long-stalked, dark glossy green, arrow-shaped leaves to 40cm in length and funnel-shaped white spathes to 25cm in length, with yellow spadices.
Zantedeschia, also called Calla Lilies and Arum Lily, add a touch of class and are a versatile plant suitable for planting anywhere in the garden or in containers. Zantedeschia aethiopica is one of the few slightly hardier Zantedeschias, but still requires protection during hard frosts.
