Delivery & Collection

We offer a range of delivery services to help get you everything you need for your Home & Garden directly to your front door. Find more information on our delivery service options along with our costs below.

Contactless delivery

We always put safety first, and that's why we, and our delivery team, continue to follow government guidance for keeping safe, with regular hygiene and cleaning routines and the use of appropriate PPE in place.​

To keep everyone safe we currently provide a contactless delivery service and depending on the size of your product, the following guidelines will apply:​

    • For smaller parcels, our delivery partners will place the item on your doorstep, or safe place, we'll notify you your item has arrived and then where safe to do so, retreat two metres away. No signature will be required.​
    • For larger items, that may need two people to deliver, we'll let you know that the item has arrived, and we'll deliver to the front of the property (kerbside). This is a contactless service, so our delivery partner will take the name of the recipient and a photo as proof of delivery. No signature is required.​
For bulkier deliveries, such as a Kitchen or Bathroom project, we will deliver to a room of choice with our delivery partners using hand sanitiser, appropriate PPE, and face-coverings (unless exempt). If you're not comfortable with us entering your home, that's absolutely fine - please let the driver know and they will leave the items at your property so you can bring the items inside when they've left. No signature is required.

Depending on the item you order we normally deliver from 7am - 9pm Monday to Saturday. We do not currently deliver on Sundays or public holidays.​

Standard delivery

Depending on your location, or if the item is delivered by our suppliers, next or named day delivery may not be available. Standard delivery is usually made within 5 days. We'll give you a rough idea of delivery times when placing your order. Deliveries to postcodes starting in AB, BT, KW, IM, IV, PH, PA or TR may take a little longer than stated on our website, our carriers will be in touch to confirm your delivery date.

Next or named day delivery (order before 4pm Sunday - Friday)

For selected items, you may have the option to arrange your delivery on a day of your choice, subject to availability. Costs vary depending on the product and day of delivery. Restrictions may apply. Deliveries to postcodes starting in AB, BT, KW, IV, PH, PA or TR may take a little longer than stated on our website, our carriers will be in touch to confirm your delivery date.

Delivery to store

If an item is not available at your local store, we may be able to send the item to your local store within 5 days, subject to availability.

Bulky items

For bulkier items such as a Kitchen or Bathroom project, once you have completed your order our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery booking on a date that suits you.​

Deliveries from store

For items that you arrange to be delivered when in store – these will be delivered within a specified window advised to you. We'll confirm delivery the day before.

Store to Home delivery from Shift

Our new service to deliver bulky items from stores to your home. Ask in store. Charges apply.

Delivery to store

No cost, Monday - Saturday

For bulkier items, such as a Kitchen or Bathroom project we'll contact you by text to arrange a delivery day that suits you – the sooner you book, the more flexible options will be available for you.​

For items delivered directly from one of our suppliers, your order will be delivered within the lead time stated to you at checkout.

We love keeping our customers in the loop, so we or one of our delivery partners will contact you before delivery.

For larger or bulkier orders, our driver will contact you approximately 1 hour before the delivery.

For Shift deliveries from store, you will be able to view real-time updates on your phone or tablet. You can even track your items from our store right to your doorstep.

Where possible we'll try and group your order for a single delivery. The delivery date will be based on the longest timescale for all items to be delivered.​

If an order contains a mixture of small and large items, or is supplied directly from a supplier, it wouldn’t be possible to deliver these in one delivery. Relax though - as you'll only be charged for one larger delivery!

We love to be on time! We always plan to deliver your order to the location you specified on time. However, in busy times there could be a small delay in getting your delivery to you. Our delivery partners will try their best to keep you updated as to when your delivery will be with you.​
