Pak Choi, also known as Bok Choy, is a fast-growing, oriental brassica. Yang Qing Choi is a green-leaved pak choi variety known for its good flavour. This versatile vegetable is easy to grow and can be harvested when young and eaten raw added to salads, or left to mature when the leaves are larger and works well in soups and stir-fries. It is fantastic for adding texture and flavour to many dishes.
