Jolant leeks are a high yielding, early variety with a mild flavour. The tall, dense, upright stems are blanched white with dark green almost blue leaves. Jolant leeks can be harvested early as mini-veg or grown to maturity and harvested well into autumn and early winter. This versatile vegetable has a mild flavour and is ideal for soups and sauces.
