Symphony strawberries were originally bred in Scotland making them a hardy variety and able to tolerate damper conditions while still producing an abundance of fruits. These strawberry plants produce medium sized fruits all Summer long with an old fashioned flavour and are great for desserts and jam making. To encourage a continued crop, it's advisable to pick fruit as they ripen.
