Product Information
The Rooster potato is a superb general-purpose potato. It has red skin, yellow flesh and firm round tubers that are easy to peel along with a floury texture with great flavour, that is suitable for mashing, steaming, roasting, chipping and crisping. It is easy to grow and very versatile. The Rooster potato has moderate blight and scab resistance, but good resistance to spraing.
