Standard delivery

Once you’ve placed your order online, AO will deliver it to you within 8 days. Don’t worry, they’ll keep you updated by text or email, so you’ll know exactly when to expect it.
If you order your product in one of our stores, you’ll need to contact AO separately to book a delivery slot that suits you. You’ll get a text or email explaining what to do – so you’re in great hands.

If you can't wait to get your hands on your order, you can contact AO to arrange either next day delivery, or a specific time and day that works for you.*

Installation

Installation of your new appliance & recycling of your old appliance is available for orders placed in stores. Please visit your local store and our team will arrange this with AO for you.

Under your statutory rights as a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period for goods purchased on our website. This starts from the day you receive the goods and allows you to return the goods, so long as they are in an unused, resellable condition, should you change your mind. At Homebase, we have decided to extend this period to 30 days. Exclusions to the cooling off period apply. Please see our Terms and Conditions here for more information.
