Hydrangea are large, rounded, deciduous shrubs with rather coarse, oval, dark green leaves up to 20cm long. In mid- and late summer they produces large, showy flowerheads consisting of a few sterile, pink florets with large petals and many small, fertile, blue or pink florets. Excellent in garden borders or stand-alone in a container, Hydrangeas are a great addition to your garden.
