Broad Bean Bunyards Exhibition is a reliable variety which can be sown in the autumn for harvesting the following spring and summer, or planted in spring for harvesting in the summer. Reaching approximately 100cm in height, this variety of broad bean needs full sun and plenty of water when pods are setting for a good yield. Bunyards Exhibition is a reliable performer on most soils and produces heavy crops of long pods containing an average of 6 to 8 beans per pod. This variety has an excellent flavour and is ideal for freezing. Broad beans are great cooked and versatile to use in many dishes.
