The Werner Timberline Loft Access Kit is a perfect loft access solution. Comes as a complete kit including a three section loft ladder, an insulated trapdoor, loft surround and a spring-assisted stowage mechanism.
This sturdy loft access solution is semi-assembled making installation easier and requires no storage space in the loft - ideal for restricted storage space in the loft. Suitable for floor to ceiling heights up to 2.85m and fits between standard UK joist gaps (0.6m)
- 26mm insulated trapdoor with rubber draught excluder prevents loss of heat and reduces draughts
- Ladder folds and is stored onto the trapdoor to maximise loft space
- Spring-assisted stowage for smooth opening and closing
- Hinge clip prevents the sections from folding for added safety
