The Werner Eco S-Line Timber Loft Ladder is a complete loft access solution that is supplied as a semi-assembled unit with a three section loft ladder, an insulated draught-proof trapdoor, a handrail, and a spring-assisted stowage mechanism.
The loft ladder casing fits in UK standard 0.6m joist centres for easy installation. This space-saving loft ladder is stored within the trapdoor, so no loft floor space is used - perfect for restricted storage space in the loft.
Suitable for floor to ceiling heights up to 2.85m.
Features include heavy-duty handrail, hinge clip that prevents the sections from folding for added safety, slip-resistant treads for comfortable climbing and plastic slip-resistant feet for added stability.
- Heavy-duty handrail that can be positioned on either side for added safety when climbing into the loft
- 26mm insulated trapdoor with rubber draught excluder prevents loss of heat and reduces draughts
- Ladder folds and is stored onto the trapdoor to maximise loft space
