Home delivery

Large item home delivery:

Within 24 hours of you placing your order we will send you a text message with a link to our online booking service. Here you will be able to select a date for delivery. If you are unable to use the online booking service, our carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date.

The day before your delivery date you will receive a text message providing a 4-hour delivery slot.

If you are not in when we attempt to deliver your order, the carrier will contact you to re-arrange your delivery.

Large item home delivery:

Large garden furniture & large BBQs

You will be contacted by our customer service team to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery.

Express delivery of these items is available when ordered directly in your local store.

Prices start from £10 for smaller items through to £20 for larger items. Ask a team member in store for details.

Small item home delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 3 working days – Monday to Friday 7am-7pm.
Our carrier will attempt to make delivery within 2 days of your parcel being dispatched (unless you have specified a day for delivery)

Our courier will contact you via text or email to provide a tracking reference and details on how to track your order once your order has been dispatched. Depending on your location, you may also be able to change your delivery date or specify a safe place to leave your order.

They will also contact you on the day of delivery to advise on a 1 hour delivery slot.

If you are not in when we attempt to deliver your order, the carrier will attempt to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. A card will be posted through your letterbox and an email sent to you detailing where your order has been left.

If the carrier is not able to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour they will post a card through your letterbox advising on your options.

Your order will be delivered to your chosen store within 7 days. You will receive an email confirming when your item(s) are ready to collect. Please bring along proof of purchase when you collect your item(s).

Selected items available from us are delivered directly from our suppliers. After placing your order, the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery.

Delivery to your local store

For selected items you can pay online and collect from your local store within 7 days if the store does not currently have stock of the items you require. If your chosen item is eligible you will be shown the 'Order to collect' option at the checkout page.

The small print

Restricted delivery dates will be available during bank holiday periods.


If no one is available to take delivery of your order we will try and leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. If this is not possible we will attempt delivery the following day unless we hear from you. If we are unable to deliver the order the parcel will be held for 5 days by the courier before being returned to us and a refund will be issued.


Most orders placed on this website can only be delivered to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. Please note that delivery of certain items to Northern Ireland will be subject to increased lead times from those shown.

We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses or the Republic of Ireland.


We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We also reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.


Please be aware that courier delivery costs charged by stores to deliver your item may vary depending on location and the goods you have purchased. Please ask in store for details.
