Shopping made easy

Reserve over 30,000 products online and collect from your local store in 3 hours
Place your reservation online, pay and collect in store

Step 1 Step 1

Select an item to stock check
Look out for the ‘Check store stock’ button, this will prompt you for your postcode or town name.

Step 2 Step 2

View stock availability
Stock availability for your nearest 3 stores is displayed. To proceed with a reservation, select the ‘Reserve items at this store’ button.

Step 3 Step 3

Place your reservation
Enter your details to place your reservation. This will allow us to contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Step 4 Step 4

Receive your confirmation
The confirmation includes your reference number, collection time, store opening times and a map

Step 5Step 5

Pay & collect at your local store
Go to the Service Desk where your items will be ready for you. Don’t forget to use your Nectar card.
