'Cox's Orange Pippin' produce the finest tasting dessert apples, with orange-red fruits with thin skins, that have a rich aromatic flavour, are crisp and with juicy texture. From late autumn picking the fruits will store for a short period, from October to January.
This apple requires an apple tree of a different variety to guarantee cross pollination, this should ideally come from other late flowering apple varieties, like 'Braeburn', as it is part of pollination group 3.
