This colour looks a bit lilac in different lights, certainly not pebble. I would advise anyone to buy a tester pot first. Overall it is a nice consistency and went on smoothly.
My mother was still pleased with the end result even though the shade it says on the tin does not match the colour in the tin.

Loved the colour and overall finish, does what it says on the tin, two coats of the paint are definitely required.

I initially opted for the Homebase own brand of paint swayed by the price! However, after now paining my lounge, hall and kitchen using various colours from the range I am a total convert!!
The Pebble Beach colour - is a nice warm beige/brown with a subtle pink hue. Its a nice warm colour that makes our enormous lounge feel very cosy.
The paint took 2 coats to cover the previous colour (lupin blue) which to be honest, I found really impressive! It wan't too smelly, it wasn't too thin or too gloopy. It was just right! It was quick to dry and recoatable within 4 hours. Once totally dry I have found it very easy to maintain, being put to the test by 4 pairs of sticky fingers it has been wiped on several occasions.
I will definately opt to use the Homebase Home of Colour paints in future and will definately recommend to any of my friends or family.
