Important Safety Notice
All Window Blind cords should be secured out of reach of small children.
Young children have been strangled by loops in pull-cords, chains and tapes that operate the product.
To avoid strangulation and entanglement, keep cords out of the reach of young children. Cords may become wrapped around a child's neck.
Move beds, cots and furniture away from the window so that they are not covering the cords.
Do not tie cords together. Make sure cords do not twist and create a loop.
Any customers with small children who are concerned can obtain a free kit which will contain a cleat for use with roman blinds and a cord tidy for use with roller blinds. Please contact our Customer Services Department 0800 389 0278.
