We aim to deliver all orders within the delivery window displayed on product pages. You'll find this information on the righthand side of a product page just under the price. If you've ordered a number of items, they could come in separate deliveries depending on the courier and delivery windows for each item, so please don't worry if your order doesn't all arrive together. The rest will still be coming.
If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you in advance of any issues.
Please note that delivery of certain items to Northern Ireland will be subject to increased delivery windows from those shown so please allow a little longer for orders to arrive. You'll receive a call once your item has arrived in Northern Ireland so you'll know when to expect delivery.
We have many different delivery options available on most of our products such as free standard delivery, named or next day delivery and delivery to a store. When you checkout, you'll be presented with what delivery options are available for your order and the associated cost. You can read more about our delivery options here.
For some of our smaller items (under 30kg), you'll receive a text message or email with a link you can use to book in a different delivery date or address.
For all other orders, please be advised that we will not be able to amend the delivery address once the order has been confirmed.

Most items require a signature on delivery as we want to make sure your goods are delivered and received correctly. You can, if you prefer, specify a different delivery address when you order so your items go to your work, a neighbour, or another place where you can collect them. You can even choose to have some items delivered to your nearest Homebase store! Just choose which option you prefer at the checkout stage.
Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses or places of employment. If you would like delivery to your place of work you will need to ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the delivery company will deliver to the place not the person.
The cost of delivery will vary depending on what you are ordering. In general we offer standard delivery from free, named or next day delivery from £6, or delivery to one of our stores from £2. However, prices will vary depending on the size and weight of your order. You'll be able to see the delivery cost at the checkout stage of ordering.

Your receipt is the address label on the parcel. The order number is proof of purchase. Keep the receipt as you'll need this if you want to return items.
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery overseas at this time. We deliver to mainland GB and NI only (excluding PO and BFPO addresses).
