Lavatera ‘Barnsley Baby’ is a delightful dwarf variety of the classic cottage garden favourite, known for its abundance of lovely, large open candyfloss pink flowers. Unlike its larger relatives, this compact shrub reaches only a third of their size, making it ideal for growing in pots or smaller garden spaces. The strings of blooms open in succession from the bottom to the top of the stems from July to October, ensuring a continuous display of colour for months, just as many other flowering plants are beginning to slow down.
