A striking addition to patio or garden, the Cordyline ‘Charlie Boy’ boasts burgundy and apricot leaves, offering year-round colour. Its compact size makes it ideal for containers, developing a unique shape as it matures, with its stem becoming more prominent. Easy to maintain, simply remove dead leaves in spring. While tolerant of temperatures down to -7°C, frost protection is advisable during winter – a fleece or indoor location is recommended. Summer months are best spent outdoors in a pot; move to a sheltered spot like a greenhouse or conservatory during colder periods.
