The Acer Shirasawanum 'Jordan' is a slow-growing, small deciduous tree prized for its elegant form and captivating foliage. Its fan-shaped leaves boast a unique colouration; emerging with a crimson hue, they transition to a butter-yellow in summer before culminating in a breathtaking autumnal display of golden orange with red edges. As the tree matures, small crimson flowers appear, providing a delightful contrast to the foliage. Reaching approximately 4m x 4m over 20 years, this golden Japanese Maple exhibits a bushy, spreading habit, making it ideal for both traditional and contemporary gardens. Supplied as a potted plant (3L) measuring 40-50cm tall, it's ready for immediate planting in the ground or potting on. While slightly acidic soil is optimal, it thrives in most well-drained soils, avoiding excessively wet, dry, or alkaline conditions.
