Westland Lawn Ultra Green is a lawn treatment, enriched with iron, designed to rapidly enhance your lawn's colour. The carefully balanced nutrients encourage stronger grass growth, improving overall lawn health and helping it to resist stress and outcompete moss. This treatment avoids scorching and surging growth. Expect to see a visibly greener lawn in just 3 days. It also aids moss prevention, helping the grass outcompete it.
Suitable for use between February and October, when grass is actively growing, this treatment is ideal for established lawns (3+ months old). For optimal results, apply after mowing when the soil is moist and the grass is dry, avoiding application during drought, freezing, or windy conditions. Apply every 3-4 weeks from February to October.
Application is simple, either by hand or with a spreader. Apply the granules thinly and evenly, ensuring consistent coverage across the entire lawn. Mark out the areas to be treated. The standard application rate is 35 grams per square metre. However, in spring and autumn, the rate can be increased to 50 grams per square metre to give the lawn an extra boost and aid in crowding out the moss.
To finish, brush any granules off hard surfaces, decking, clothing, and footwear immediately to prevent staining or discolouration. Avoid washing surfaces clean, as this may also cause staining. To minimise any risk of scorching, water the granules in well within 48 hours of application if no rain falls. After 3 days the lawn will become greener and healthier.
