The RAPID VTS 1208 HPC is a high-performance hot pressure washer, perfect for demanding cleaning tasks. Powered by a 110-volt electric supply, it delivers a powerful 12 litres per minute flow rate at 1450 PSI (80 BAR). Its robust, 100% stainless steel construction (chassis, cover, water tank, and boiler housing) ensures exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. This model features a high-pressure chemical injection system for deep cleaning, effortlessly tackling tough dirt and grease. The combination of hot water and high flow makes light work of even the most challenging cleaning jobs.
At the heart of this machine is the proven V-TUF XHDM300SS pump, a low-revving European pump rated to 200 bar, featuring a heavy-duty crankshaft, hard-wearing ceramic plungers, and a brass pump head. Servicing is straightforward, and spare parts are readily available. The pump utilises V-TUF PRESSURE LUBE (PL500) containing MSM, virtually eliminating friction and wear. The pump lube level is conveniently visible. Pressure is easily regulated via a readily accessible wheel directly on the pump. A high-efficiency double-pass heat exchanger with a rapid 3-second purge time provides hotter water while optimising fuel efficiency and clean combustion.
Operation is simple thanks to the robust stainless steel control panel with clear warning lights. The safe 24-volt low-tension electrical control system boasts IP56 protection. Integrated safety features include the VTUF iDPS (Digital Protection System), which automatically shuts down the machine after an hour of inactivity, reducing fire risk, a low-water cut-out to prevent damage from water shortages, and a water leak detection system to minimise wear and tear. A safety pressure valve, compliant with European regulations, is clearly visible and directly accessible on the pump. The machine also includes a double lance holder, low fuel cut-out, and four large, robust wheels suitable for uneven terrain.
Included is the KTQ 350 bar Optigun lance system with 10m of hose and DURAKLIX 10m MSQ Heavy Duty coupling system, along with a chemical injection system featuring a micro-controllable detergent flow regulator. Service kits (SEAL KIT VTPKIT135 and VALVE KIT VTPKIT2) are available. Additional features include a 304 stainless steel chassis with crane attachment points, a large 24-litre easy-fill removable fuel tank, a bypass valve, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, and a burner control with flow switch and thermostat.
