The RAPID VTS 1520 HPC is a high-performance hot pressure washer built for demanding cleaning tasks. Powered by a 415-volt electric supply, it delivers a powerful 15 litres per minute flow rate at 3000 PSI (200 BAR). Its robust 100% 304 stainless steel construction – encompassing the chassis, cover, water tank, and boiler housing – ensures exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. This model features high-pressure chemical injection for deep cleaning, effortlessly tackling tough grime with its combination of hot water and high flow.
The proven V-TUF XHDM400SS pump, a low-revving European design, boasts a heavy-duty crankshaft, hard-wearing ceramic plungers, and a brass pump head. Lubricated with V-TUF PRESSURE LUBE (PL500), featuring MSM for reduced friction and wear, its pump lube level is conveniently visible. Pressure is easily regulated via a readily accessible wheel directly on the pump. A high-efficiency double-pass heat exchanger, with a rapid 3-second purge time, delivers hotter water while optimising fuel consumption and ensuring clean combustion.
Operation is simplified with a straightforward stainless steel control panel, featuring clear warning lights and a safe 24-volt low-tension electrical control system with IP56 protection. The integrated VTUF DPS (Digital Protection System) incorporates features such as a 30-second delayed auto-stop to minimise wear, a one-hour auto-shutdown for safety, low water and fuel cut-outs to prevent damage, and a water leak detection shut-off. A visible safety pressure valve, complying with all European regulations, is directly mounted on the pump.
Additional features include a stainless steel double lance holder, a quick-release KTQ 350-bar tufGUN lance system with a 10m 3/8 hose and DURAKLIX 10m MSQ Heavy Duty coupling system, a chemical injection system with a micro-controllable detergent flow regulator, and four large robust wheels for easy manoeuvrability across uneven terrain. A large 24-litre fuel tank simplifies refilling. The machine includes a SUPER SERIES crankshaft pump with ceramic and brass components, ensuring excellent spares availability and straightforward servicing. A pressure gauge, burner control with flow switch and thermostat, and a low-rev auto-stop/start motor complete the package. The unit also incorporates fuel, water, and detergent protection filters, and a 3-second delayed boiler start-up. Delivery takes 10 working days, all units undergo pre-delivery inspection and testing.
