The RAPID-VSC incorporates a proven V-TUF XHDM300SS pump, renowned for its longevity and ease of servicing. Features include a high-efficiency double-pass heat exchanger for hotter water using less fuel (with a 3-second purge time), an IP56-rated control panel, automatic stop/start for extended pump life (TTS), and a low-water burner cut-out to prevent damage. The included KTQ 350 bar Optigun lance with 10m of 3/8",", 200Bar V-TUF WASHFLEX HP hose and DURAKLIX MSQ coupling system, plus a chemical injection system, complete the package. A 24-litre fuel tank, large robust wheels for rough terrain, and convenient lance storage further enhance usability. The pressure can be regulated via a wheel directly on the pump. The pump is lubricated with top specification V-TUF Pressure Lube (PL500) containing MSM, virtually eliminating friction and wear. Pump lube level is visible from outside the machine. A thermostat provides full temperature control, including a cold water switch. The machine offers a 35% time saving compared to cold-water models and drastically improved cleaning results.
