Upon receiving your Fuchsia 'Delta's Sarah', pot it using a well-draining compost and nurture it in a warm, frost-free environment. Once the plant has matured and the threat of frost has diminished, gradually introduce it to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days.
