These garden-ready plants are ideal for planting directly into flower pouches and hanging baskets. For containers and window boxes, pot up the plants and nurture them in warm, frost-free conditions before transplanting them outdoors. Water sparingly until the plants are fully rooted. Once the risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise the verbena plants to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before moving them to their final positions.
