Thompson and Morgan Trachelospermum Jasminoides Plant in Pot 9cm

A vigorous evergreen climber, Trachelospermum jasminoides, also known as Star Jasmine, boasts glossy, attractive leaves on woody, twining stems, creating a year-round screen. From midsummer, clusters of delicate, sweetly fragrant, star-shaped blooms appear, ideal for near seating areas. Relatively low-maintenance, it thrives in most conditions. Autumn brings a vibrant display as the foliage turns deep red and bronze. Supplied as two plants in 9cm pots, these 2-litre specimens can be planted directly outside in mild weather. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil, in sun or partial shade. In colder climates, use loam-based compost in patio containers. Provide support such as a trellis or arch. Water and feed regularly during the growing season, and prune after flowering to manage size. Note: the milky sap is a skin and eye irritant. Mature height and spread: up to 3m.
