Thompson and Morgan Symphony Strawberry Fragaria Plant in Pot 9cm 6 Pack

Enjoy home-grown strawberries, whatever the weather! ‘Symphony’ organic plants were bred in Scotland and tolerate damper conditions well. Perfectly happy in baskets or containers, expect generous crops on your patio or balcony. This hardy and disease-tolerant late summer cropper provides plenty of juicy berries after the main season – fruits are medium-large, bright red, and boast a traditional strawberry flavour. These vine-like plants exhibit good mildew resistance when grown outdoors.
Plant in autumn or late spring in a sheltered, sunny spot with well-manured, free-draining soil. Space plants 45cm apart in rows spaced 75cm apart. Spread out the roots, ensuring the crown is just above the surface to prevent rotting. Hanging baskets or specially designed strawberry planters are also ideal.
Plant height and spread vary seasonally, so plants are supplied in 9cm pots. The delivered plant's height and spread will vary depending on the season, so arrival images are indicative only.
