Product Information

  • Supplied as a packet containing 8 seeds
  • Robust cordon produces sweet cherry tomatoes up to 22g each
  • Ideal for greenhouse or outdoor sheltered spot in full sun

Get a rewarding growing experience with the Thompson and Morgan Sweet Success Tomato Seeds. Its vigorous habit, heavy yields and unbeatable disease resistance deliver sweet bite-sized cherry tomatoes in abundance all summer long. You'll find each fruit is juicy and delicious, reaching up to 22g, making them a treat for snacking or salads. Perfect for the kitchen garden, greenhouse or conservatory, this productive variety resists wilt and viruses, thrives in full sun and is easy to sow and care for, so you can enjoy a reliable crop from July to September. Hardiness: Half-hardy. Position: In full sun. Ease of Sowing: Easy. Ease of Aftercare: Easy. Water tomato plants frequently, to keep the compost evenly moist. Feed tomatoes regularly with a high-potash plant food once the first truss of fruit has formed. Tie the main stems to their supports and remove any sideshoots that develop between the main stem and the leaf stems. Once the plant has produced six or seven trusses, pinch out the top of the main stem. This process of side shooting and stopping will increase the availability of light and air movement around the developing fruit, and focus the plant's energy on producing a good crop of high-quality tomatoes. Tomatoes can be harvested as they ripen from July to September. Images shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity. Different growing conditions might vary the results. An image may be included to illustrate the supply, but it can vary with seasonal changes (e.g., deciduous plants lose leaves in colder months).
