Product Information

  • Succulent grows slowly and needs little water
  • Handles sun, shade, and chilly air
  • Suitable for a well used entrance hall

Bring a touch of Africa to your home with the strikingly attractive African Spear Plant. This slow-growing succulent is incredibly easy to care for, thriving on minimal watering. The adaptable Sansevieria flourishes in average room temperatures between 15C and 24C, and while it appreciates a brightly lit position with a mix of sun and shade, it's also perfectly happy in full sun or full shade if necessary. Even cold draughts are no problem, making it ideal for hallways. As a succulent, the Sansevieria stores water in its foliage, so be sure to let the soil dry out a bit between waterings to prevent rot. To keep your plant happy and healthy, feed it regularly from March to September during its active growing season.
