Thompson and Morgan Pumpkin Jack Of All Trades F1 Seeds

Get a rewarding gardening experience as the Thompson and Morgan Pumpkin Jack Of All Trades F1 Seeds produce large, bright orange fruits that are perfect for both carving and cooking. You'll find them easy to grow, making them a top pick for anyone wanting to add a splash of autumn colour to their vegetable patch or allotment. With a half-hardy annual habit, each seed packet contains ten seeds that thrive in full sun and can reach up to 45cm in height with a spread of up to 200cm. Once matured, you'll enjoy pumpkins that are ideal for sweet pies, soups or as festive decorations, ensuring your harvest feels both fun and practical. Sow pumpkin seeds on their sides in small 7.5cm pots of seed compost at a depth of about 2.5cm. Place in a propagator or seal pots inside a plastic bag at a temperature of 20-25°C (68-77F) until germination, which takes five to seven days. Do not exclude light, as this helps germination. Once germinated, grow pumpkins on in cooler conditions until all risk of frost has passed and pumpkin plants are large enough to be transplanted outdoors. Product Specifications: Position: Full sun.
