Bring a vibrant splash of colour to your summer displays with this dazzling Petunia mix. Ideal for baskets, beds, and borders, these trailing petunias promise non-stop flowering right through the summer until the first frost. Please note that specific varieties cannot be requested, but rest assured, the selection will not disappoint. Expect a height of up to 25cm (10”) and a spread of up to 60cm (24”).
Upon arrival, pot up your petunia plants and nurture them in a warm, frost-free environment, preparing them for their eventual outdoor debut. Encourage a bushier plant and abundant blooms by pinching out the growing tip of each stem. Once the threat of frost has completely passed, gradually acclimatise the plants to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Then, transplant them into well-drained soil in a sunny spot in your baskets, window boxes and containers.
Remember to feed and water your petunias regularly, especially during hot, dry spells. Extend the flowering period by regularly deadheading spent blooms throughout the summer.
