This aromatic plant features attractive grey-green foliage which provides a beautiful backdrop to the light blue blooms. Unlike many other varieties, ‘Purrsian Blue’ flowers continuously from May to September, ensuring a vibrant display throughout the season.
Reaching a height and spread of just 30-40cm, ‘Purrsian Blue’ is ideally suited for filling flower beds and borders, and equally at home in patio pots.
Catmint is also known for its potential benefits to feline welfare, making it a wonderful addition to areas frequented by cats. Consider planting Nepeta in a pot that can be easily moved to your cat’s favourite spot. Please be aware that cats may react differently to catmint, with some potentially becoming aggressive, so supervision is recommended.
Grow outdoors in any well-drained garden soil, in a sunny or partially shaded location.
