Each packet contains 250 seeds, ideal for growing on a sunny windowsill or in a greenhouse, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh microgreens within just a couple of weeks. To grow, sow seeds thickly in pots or trays on the surface of a good-quality, free-draining seed compost without soaking beforehand, then water gently to settle the soil and place in a bright, sunny position at an average temperature of 21–25°C (70–75°F). Do not exclude light as it aids germination, and in winter, pots can be sealed inside a clear plastic bag or placed in a propagator to maintain optimal warmth. Sow every 10 days for a continuous harvest, keeping the compost consistently moist until seedlings develop, and harvest microgreens approximately 10–14 days after germination when they reach around 5cm (2") tall.
