You'll find a wonderful variety of shapes, heights and colours that suit beds, borders, rockeries and patio containers, making it easy to create a naturalised look or fill larger spaces with cheerful blooms. Planting is simple and the bulbs are low-maintenance, so we'll help you enjoy a flourishing garden year after year with minimal effort. How to Grow: Plant spring bulbs in autumn in well-drained soil in full sun or semi-shade. Alternatively, grow bulbs in containers using a loam-based compost. Plant the bulbs at a depth of approximately three times their own height. After flowering, allow the foliage to die back completely before removing it in late summer. This allows the bulbs to store energy for the following season.
