How to Grow:.
Watering: Allow the potting mix to dry out between waterings to prevent rotting the rosette.
Light: Position in bright, indirect light, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent leaf scorch.
Drainage: Ensure the pot drains fully, never allowing the plant to sit in water.
Humidity: Maintain high humidity by frequently misting the leaves or placing the pot on a pebble tray with water.
Feeding: Fertilise sparingly with Bromeliad feed three or four times during the growing season.
After Flowering: Trim off the spent flower spike to encourage new, smaller plants to develop around the base for future blooms.
Repotting: As an epiphytic plant, Guzmania 'Tala' requires little soil and rarely needs repotting.
