Growing Instructions: Plant in well-drained soil in a sunny, sheltered location. Before planting, enrich the planting hole with well-rotted manure or garden compost, and insert a stake to support the tree, as staking after planting may harm the root ball. Plant at the original soil level, firm the soil, secure the tree to the stake with a tree tie, and water thoroughly.
