Thompson and Morgan Calatheas Roseopicta Medallion 12cm Plant in Pot

Discover the captivating allure of the Calathea, often called the 'Prayer Plant', celebrated for its strikingly striped leaves in a variety of vibrant colours. The Roseopicta variety, with its tropical charm, showcases stunning green foliage with a captivating purple underside. As a hugely popular indoor houseplant, the Calathea can reach heights of up to 60cm, making it a bold and beautiful statement piece for your home.
With its amazing striped patterns, choosing the right Calathea variety can transform any room into a living, breathing sanctuary. For optimal growth, re-pot as needed and nurture indoors within a warm, bright environment. Prayer Plants thrive in humid conditions, so ensure a sufficient level of moisture to keep the leaves flourishing. A daily misting of the leaves during summer, using rainwater or bottled water, is highly recommended, as these houseplants are sensitive to the chemicals found in tap water.
Position your Calathea in a sunny or partially sunny spot and watch it flourish. It can grow to a height and spread of up to 60cm. Supplied in a 12cm nursery pot (decorative pot not included).
