Prolific clusters of lilac-purple flowers bloom from July to October, set against attractive silvery-green foliage that provides the perfect backdrop. Plant in garden borders in any moist, well-drained garden soil in full sun or partial shade. Alternatively, grow in patio containers using soil-based compost.
