Thompson and Morgan Blackcurrant Ribes Ben Sarek Plant Pot 2L

Bursting with glossy berries, compact blackcurrant ‘Ben Sarek’ delivers impressive yields even in the smallest gardens or pots. Thriving in full sun but tolerating semi-shade, this hardy variety resists frost and mildew for reliable harvests year after year. Short fruiting strings make picking quick and easy, so you can enjoy the delicious berries fresh or in jams and sauces. For best results, protect flowers from late spring frosts, keep plants well-watered during dry spells—especially when fruiting—and enrich soil with well-rotted manure or compost before planting. Ensure good airflow to reduce mildew risk, and you’ll find ‘Ben Sarek’ a rewarding, low-maintenance choice for boosting your kitchen garden.
