Product Information

  • Huge glossy blackberries weighing up to 11g
  • Thornless upright stems make harvesting easier
  • Juicy berries perfect for desserts and preserves

Blackberry Apache is a premium Arkansas variety, celebrated for its impressively large, glossy berries, each weighing up to 11g. Borne on erect, thornless stems, these sweet and juicy blackberries are easy to harvest, making them ideal for desserts or homemade jams. As a mid-season variety, it promises a rewarding yield. These container-grown, one-year-old plants offer superior quality and vigour, ensuring quicker establishment and a more bountiful crop.
Self-fertile and robust, Blackberry Apache makes a fantastic addition to any garden, producing delicious fruit within 16-20 months and reaching peak yields in 28-32 months. For optimal fruit production, plant in full sun within a temperate climate, protecting from extreme cold. Keep soil consistently moist, avoiding waterlogging, and apply a balanced fertiliser in early spring. Average humidity is preferred, with good air circulation.
Images are for guidance only and illustrate expected results upon maturity; growing conditions may vary results. Images may illustrate supply, varying due to seasonality (e.g., deciduous plants lose leaves in colder months). Decorative pots are not supplied.
