Boasting year-round beauty, its coral-red young branches support five-lobed leaves, which emerge in pinkish-yellow tones, transition to green during summer, and culminate in yellow hues in autumn. In winter, the bare red shoots provide a stunning spectacle in the sunlight. As the plant matures, the stems intensify to a vibrant red. This plant can reach a height of 8m and a spread of 4m when fully established.
It thrives best in a position of sun, semi-shade, or dappled shade. Flowering occurs from April to May.
