Terma Dexter E Electric Towel Rail Matt Black 1760 x 500mm

The Dexter oil-filled electric towel rail combines a striking design with cutting-edge technology. Featuring trapezium-shaped uprights and elegantly curved, flat bars, this Terma design is as visually appealing as it is functional. Equipped with the Terma VEO element controller, the Dexter uses the latest Wi-Fi technology, controlled via the free Terma SMART app (iOS/Android). It's also compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT. A hub isn't required, as the element connects directly to the app via Wi-Fi. Please note a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is needed for initial setup (this may need enabling by your internet service provider but can be switched off after connexion).
The Dexter offers five room temperature settings (15 to 28°C), a drying function, and a full 7-day timer. The smart system consists solely of heating devices and sensors, eliminating the need for an additional hub. For precise temperature measurement throughout the room, use with the VTS wall-mounted temperature sensor and VOS open window sensor (available separately).
The RAL 9005 (Matt) Black finish boasts a smooth, matt texture. A 150x50mm colour chip is available from Terma should you wish to see the colour prior to purchase. The smart split (SS1) heating probe comes pre-fitted inside the electric towel rail on the right side (but can be moved to the left if needed). The VEO controller simply pushes on and can be rotated for optimal viewing. The VEO element's clamshell casing is in a matching or complementary colour to the towel rail.
The Terma SMART App features geolocation, automatically lowering the temperature by 3-4°C when you leave and returning to comfort mode as you approach home. The app also provides a full 7-day timer, a 2-hour drying function with auto shut-off, and a holiday mode. Compliant with the Lot20 Eco-design Directive for electric radiators with adaptive start control.
