The Bergamo oil-filled electric radiator, crafted from cast aluminium with elegant, flat curved bars, delivers exceptional heating performance. This stylish radiator is equipped with the very latest VEO Wi-Fi technology from Terma, controlled via the free Terma SMART app (iOS/Android). Compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and IFTTT, it seamlessly integrates into your smart home ecosystem.
A hub isn't required, as the element connects directly to the app via Wi-Fi. Please note that a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is needed for initial connexion and setup, which may require activation by your internet service provider. Once connected, this can be switched off.
Available in sizes offering between 1.2kW and 2.0kW of heat output, the Bergamo is ideally suited for heating larger, open-plan spaces. It features five room temperature settings (15 to 28°C), a drying function, and a comprehensive 7-day timer for complete control.
The smart system operates independently with heating devices and sensors, eliminating the need for an additional hub. For even more precise temperature measurement throughout the room, pair it with the separately available VTS wall-mounted temperature sensor and VOS open window sensor.
The radiator boasts a White Matt finish from Terma, a smooth, matt texture that complements any décor. White remains a popular choice for electric radiators. The smart split (SS1) probe is pre-fitted on the right side of the radiator (non-reversible). The VEO controller easily pushes on and can be rotated for optimal viewing. The element's clamshell casing is colour-matched or complimentary to the radiator.
For simple installation, the controller is pre-fitted with a UK 3-pin plug for convenient connexion to an existing socket. The Terma SMART App offers geolocation functionality, automatically lowering the temperature by 3-4°C when you leave and returning to comfort mode as you approach home. Additionally, it provides a full 7-day timer, a 2-hour drying function with auto shut-off, and a holiday mode accessible through the app.
