Application: Prepare the surface by removing loose debris. Always wear appropriate safety gear (gloves, eye protection, mask, and clothing). Test in an inconspicuous area first to check suitability. Ensure the surface is clean and dry. Apply generously and evenly using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge. Remove excess sealer after 20-30 minutes with a dry cloth. Apply a second coat after 45-60 minutes, repeating the process. Full protection takes 24 hours, avoid water and oil spills until then. Protect unsealed areas with masking materials. For coloured grouts, pre-test for stain resistance. Maintenance: Clean with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner or a low-concentration indoor cleaner. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Coverage: Undiluted, up to 30m² per litre per coat (depending on surface porosity). Check for complete effectiveness after application.
