Give your natural slate a durable, attractive satin finish with StoneCare4U Essential Satin Finish Slate Sealer (25L). This fast-drying formula creates a durable, stain-resistant coating, enhancing the natural stone colours. It's perfect for both indoor and outdoor use on natural slate, and also works on porous stones like limestone and sandstone (excluding Kandla Grey sandstone – mid and light grey varieties. Before you begin, clear away any loose debris. Safety first! Wear gloves, eye protection, a face mask, and suitable clothing. Ensure the surface is completely dry – allow at least 72 hours of dry, clear weather. Ideal application temperature is 15-23°C.Apply thinly and evenly using a low-pressure sprayer, microfibre mop, paintbrush, or soft cloth. Avoid puddling and application marks. Don't dilute! Allow 45-60 minutes drying time between coats. Apply the second coat in the opposite direction for a consistent finish. Additional coats may be needed for a higher gloss. Important: Test in an inconspicuous area first, as this product may alter the colour of some surfaces. Protect unsealed areas with masking material.
