This eco-friendly sealer creates a durable, clear satin finish, guarding against water-based stains and everyday grime. Perfect for patios, paving, and pathways of all types – slate, terracotta, York stone, quarry tile, sandstone, limestone, concrete, and more (excluding Kandla Grey sandstone. Prep is key: Clear any loose debris. Don safety gear – gloves, eye protection, mask, and clothing. Let the surface dry completely for at least 72 hours in clear, dry weather. Ideal application temperature: 15-23°C. Apply thinly and evenly using a low-pressure sprayer, microfibre mop, brush, or soft cloth. Avoid puddling and application marks. Allow 45-60 minutes drying time between coats. For a consistent finish, apply the second coat in the opposite direction. Add more coats for a deeper gloss. Don't dilute. Test in an inconspicuous area first, as the sealer may alter the appearance of some surfaces. Protect unsealed areas with masking material. Clean sealed surfaces with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner, avoid harsh chemicals. Not for highly polished stone or ceramic glazed surfaces. Coverage varies (4-6 sq m per litre on textured surfaces, up to 15 sq m per litre on smooth surfaces). This is a 5L container.
