Before you begin, clear away loose debris and don your safety gear (gloves, eye protection, and suitable clothing). Mix the cleaner 1:1 with water, avoiding spills on fabrics. Apply using a pump sprayer, watering can, or directly from the container. Keep the surface wet for at least an hour, mist with water if needed. For stubborn stains, use a brush, ensuring the surface stays wet. After an hour (or up to four hours for heavy soiling), rinse with clean water to neutralize, then power wash for a perfect finish. Avoid washing onto grass, rinse thoroughly if contact occurs. For persistent black or white lichen spots, apply a second undiluted coat and leave for an extended period before cleaning.
