Before you begin, clear away loose debris and don your safety gear: gloves, eye protection, face mask, and suitable clothing. Always test a small, inconspicuous area first to check compatibility. Use neat or dilute 1:1 with water, applying generously via pump sprayer, watering can, or directly from the container. Keep the surface wet for at least two hours (misting with water if needed). Scrub stubborn stains with a brush, ensuring the surface stays wet. After two hours, rinse thoroughly with clean water to neutralize, then power wash for best results. Avoid washing onto grass, rinse thoroughly if contact occurs. For heavy soiling or stubborn lichen, extend dwell time to up to four hours or overnight. Multiple applications may be needed for aged stains. Caution: This cleaner contains a chlorine-type agent and may stain fabrics and tarmac, avoid contact. Some surfaces may lighten slightly.
