Before you begin, clear away loose debris and don your safety gear: gloves, eye protection, face mask, and appropriate clothing. Always test a small, inconspicuous area first to check suitability. Use neat or diluted 1:1 with water. Apply generously to the surface using a pump sprayer, watering can, or directly from the container. Keep the surface wet for at least two hours, mist with water if needed. For stubborn stains, scrub gently while keeping the surface wet. After at least two hours (or up to four for heavy soiling or lichen), rinse with clean water to neutralize, then power wash for best results. Avoid washing onto grass, rinse thoroughly if contact occurs. This cleaner contains a chlorine-type agent, so avoid contact with fabrics and tarmac.
